This camera is a completely self contained system that can transmit to your mobile phone or tablet (Android or iPhone) using the free App, and has a built-in rechargeable battery and a strong magnetic base. You can charge it up and use it straight away, as there are no wires and no holes to drill. If there is no metal on the back of the vehicle or caravan, you can either bond a small metal plate on, or use the strong Velcro pads that are included. A full charge should give you up to 6 hours of use.
